FAQ

Q: What are your shipping policies?

A:  We currently use the US Postal Service for shipping of small items and UPS for headphones for domestic and international shipping.  Please contact us if you have questions about shipping.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our return policy varies by item.  All ear pad and headband sales are final due to the nature of the product.  All other products may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

Q: What is your warranty for Argons and Tungsten?

A: If they are defective in any way when you receive them we will pay for shipping both ways to fix or replace them. If an item is missing we’ll ship it to you as soon as we can. If they break after they are received we ask that you pay for shipping to us. We’ll pay return shipping for the first 6 months, but after that we ask that you pay shipping both ways. For the first year we’ll fix anything for free. After that we’ll fix anything at cost.

Q: What kind of lead time can I expect on your products?

A: Lead time will vary by product and should be listed on the product page.  In general, the lead time on completed headphones will be the longest, while hand-made items will take somewhat less time, and 3D printed items will take the least.  All of the products we make ourselves are made to-order to keep our prices as low as possible.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All processing is done through Stripe. Please note that Stripe is very sensitive to things like your billing zip code. Please double check (especially if you moved recently) if you receive an error that your payment was rejected. If this happens and you see a pending charge on your card - don’t worry - it will be cleared within a few days. If you don’t receive a notification email with an order number it means your order has not gone through and the charge will be dropped.
